1. The weight of the pipeline should not be carried on the pump during installation, otherwise the pump will be smooth.

2, the pump and the motor are the overall structure, which has been calibrated by the manufacturer at the time of shipment, so there is no need to adjust during installation, so it is very convenient to install.

3 The anchor bolts must be tightened during installation, and the pump should be checked to prevent looseness at intervals. This will prevent the pump from vibrating when the pump starts to affect the performance of the pump.

4. Before installing the water pump, carefully check whether there are any hard objects (such as stones, iron sand, etc.) that affect the operation of the pump in the pump flow path, so as to avoid damage to the flow parts when the pump is running.

5. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, install a regulating valve on the inlet and outlet of the pump and install a pressure gauge near the inlet and outlet of the pump. For high lift pumps, in order to prevent water hammer, it should also be installed before the exit gate valve. A check valve to deal with sudden power outages and other power failures. Thereby ensuring that the pump operates under working conditions and increases the service life of the pump

6. When the pump is used for suction, it should be equipped with a bottom valve, and there should be no excessive bends in the inlet pipe. At the same time, there should be no leakage or air leakage, so as not to affect the suction performance of the pump.

7. In order to prevent impurities from entering the pump and affect the performance of the flow channel, a filter should be installed in front of the pump inlet.

8. Rotate the leaf parts of the water pump before installing the pipeline. There should be no friction or jamming. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled for inspection.

ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump start and stop

(1)Preparation before starting:

1. Test whether the motor is turning correctly. See the clockwise rotation from the top of the motor to the pump. The test time should be short to avoid dry wear of the mechanical seal.

2. Open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump body and close the exhaust valve when it is full.

3. Check whether the parts are normal before starting the IrG vertical centrifugal pump.

4. Move the pump by hand to allow the lubricating fluid to enter the mechanical seal end face.

5. The high temperature type should be preheated first, and the heating rate is 50 °C/hour to ensure uniform heating of all parts.

(2) Starting:

1. Fully open imported valves.

2. Close the discharge line valve when the vertical centrifugal pump starts.

3, the motor, observe whether the pump is running correctly.

4. Check the leakage of the shaft seal. The leakage of the mechanical seal should be less than 3 drops/min.

5. Check the temperature rise of the motor and bearing at ≤70°C.

6. Adjust the opening between the outlets to the required working conditions. If the user installs a flow meter or a pressure gauge at the pump outlet, the pump should be operated at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table by adjusting the outlet valve opening degree, such as the user. A flow meter or pressure gauge is installed at the pump outlet. The motor’s current should be measured by adjusting the outlet of the outlet valve to make the motor run within the rated current. Otherwise, the pump will be overloaded (ie, operated at high current) to the motor. Burned out. Adjusted outlet valve opening is related to large and small pipeline conditions.

(3) Parking:

1. Close the spout pipe valve.

2. Stop the motor.

3. The vertical centrifugal pump closes the inlet valve when it stops.

4. If the vehicle is parked for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be drained.

Maintenance of ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump

1. Maintenance during operation:

(1) The inlet pipe must be filled with liquid, and the pump is prohibited from running for a long time under cavitation.

(2) Check the motor current value regularly and do not exceed the rated current of the motor.

(3) After long-term operation of the pump, due to mechanical wear and tear, the noise and vibration of the unit should be stopped. If necessary, the vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.

2, mechanical seal maintenance:

(1) Mechanical seal lubrication should be cleaned without solid particles.

(2) It is strictly forbidden to work mechanical seals under dry grinding conditions.

(3) If the viscosity of the medium is large or easy to crystallize, use steam to clean the pump after shutdown to avoid damage to the machine seal at the next startup.
